Can I feel the comfort before I buy?
Each sofa shows how it feels when you sit, on clear scales. And you choose the seat, at the same price: Cocoon, very soft, you sink in; or Classic, the medium feel most sofas have.
Will it be too deep or too low for me?
Seat height and seat depth are on every sofa. 53 to 55 cm of depth sits upright, 58 cm and more is for lounging. Need it shallower? Ask us.
Will the cushions sag?
Our seat and back cushions are made with care to keep their comfort.
How long will I wait?
Three to six days, from your order to your living room. You see your delivery dates when you order, and we confirm the day with you.
How do I keep the fabric looking its best?
Vacuum it gently each week with a soft brush nozzle, blot a spill straight away with a clean, dry cloth, and draw a sheer curtain when the afternoon sun is strong. Our fabrics page has more simple care tips.
Bouclé with children or a cat?
Bouclé hides small marks well and dry crumbs simply vacuum away. Our corduroy is a lovely choice too: crumbs and hair brush out along its ribs.
